a super family holiday!

i had such a blast at this resort. the staff were really friendly and always smiled, i love it when. the food at the buffet restaurants was delicious (especially the fresh bbq grill at mo's restaurant). there are tons of pools and even a heated one near mo's restaurant.

The aqua park needs a little love. I saw that the smaller children's aqua slide play area could use a new coat of paint. the rooms also need a bit of an update. the lighting was a little dim but i had everything i needed.

The staff goes above and beyond to. They make an amazing effort. ehab in the restaurant really went the extra mile, ensuring all our dietary needs were met which was amazing. medhat and mohammad at the blue bar were super attentive.

this resort offers many pools with varying temperatures providing options for all preferences and swimming needs. the aqua park offers entertainment for kids and adults and is conveniently located near several dining options, which makes it super convenient. a complimentary shuttle provides convenient access to the beach.

It is accessible via a short shuttle ride which departs regularly, every 10 minutes. the setting allows guests to enjoy the coastal views plus many water activities (like diving) close to the hotel. the hotel location is really good with easy access to key local attractions.

The grounds were amazing. There is a lot for everyone. I saw a water park, a grass football pitch, and two tennis courts. I also noticed a padel court, a beach with a reef and beach bar, and a fitness center. I think the food was good and varied. There were many options for eating. The hotel is large, I saw pools and bars everywhere.

The room I stayed in looked dated and could use some updates.

Honestly, the room service situation was a comedy of errors. i tried ordering a simple burger one evening, but it took three hours and several trips to the reception desk. The numbers listed were wrong, the staff seemed confused. also, the air conditioning wasn't great, my room consistently felt warmer than it should have been, even after reporting it, the temperature was always around 28-29°c. it was a struggle to sleep sometimes. that's not quite what i expect on holidays.

A charmed experience

The Asian restaurant features an really good Asian chef. His bao buns were good. I found them worth trying. Snorkeling off the jetty was convenient (i spent hours watching the underwater wildlife). The heated pool was relaxing, especially after a long day. There always were available sun-beds.

Finding staff who could help with issues sometimes took longer than i wanted.

The hotel offers multiple swimming pools with water slides. Landscaped grounds added beauty to the resort. The proximity to Ras Mohammed allowed easy access to amazing snorkeling day trips, and i enjoyed it a lot.

The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to requests. The team at the blue bar were very kind. Gillian was knowledgeable, and nothing was too much for her, i appreciate that. The service was very good.

The beach is sheltered from the wind. The resort's private beach on the left has attendants who always found beds. Shuttle buses to and from the beach ran very frequently. I found it very convenient.

The hotel location was great. The staff was wonderful. The hotel location next to Temple Reef was perfect for snorkeling. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

I booked a superior double room, but I got a twin room. I complained and got beds pushed together. a quilt over top of both beds. The manager stated there are no double rooms with a garden view, though that is what I booked.
